About Me
Hi, I'm Rachel here is a little about me and how I came to be a Sports Massage Therapist.

I have a passion for sport and have been involved in some sport all my life. From dancing, gymnastics and swimming as a child, to later in life finding Triathlon and in 2018 representing Great Britain as an age grouper at the World and European Aquathlon Championships.

With my training and a desk job with long spells sitting, I inevitably suffered with aches and pains and sought the help of a sports massage therapist. After experiencing the benefits of sports massage treatment myself this ignited my interest to learn more and my journey to becoming a therapist began.

I am a qualified gym instructor and I went on to obtain my Diploma in Sports Massage from the the Sports Massage Academy, the UK's leading provider for professional Sports Massage courses and Continuing Professional Development.
I am Level 4 qualified operating from my treatment room in S6, Sheffield offering a variety of treatments.

I have helped many people since starting my business but there are a few where unfortunately Sports massage was not a suitable treatment option for them and so I started looking at alternative treatment options and found reflexology. This is a wonderful treatment and after trying a couple of treatments myself and seeing the benefits I decided I would like to add this to my business. In October 2024 I started my training to become a level 5 qualified Clinical Reflexologist. To find out more see my treatments page and follow my journey on my Facebook page Reflexology at Rebalance.
So... if you are training for something specific; maybe a marathon, just getting back into exercise, suffer with tension/migraine headaches or struggling with muscle tightness and postural imbalance due to work I can help. What ever your goal may be, don't let aches, pains or injury prevent you achieving great things. Nip that twinge in the bud! Don't delay book today!

I am fully insured and Covid compliant.
